To be engaged, Indian couples celebrate in a Chunni ceremony. This ceremony marks the acceptance of Bride into Groom’s family. A special scarf, Chunni is placed on the Bride’s head and her face is covered like a veil. She is gifted with family heirloom jewelry like bangles or necklaces. These gifts to the bride are known as Shagun. After the ceremony, Anjena and Vick changed for their reception. We took a few moments in the afternoon for some beautiful portraits around the vinyard.
